12 panel 2kw Solar
	Solar is possible throughout the United States and as this solar map shows, the southwest produces great solar hours.   Long-term incentive programs have enabled many people to install solar panels using great rebates.

This is a Power-Save, grid tied, 12 panel, 2kw solar system. Grid tied systems do not use batteries! The panels work by producing DC power during sunlight hours and converting it to AC power through an included invinverter. The inverter then feeds the load required by the home or business. When more power is produced then used, the remaining AC power goes through a utility supplied "Net Meter" and back out to the power grid.

Net Meters are provided by your utility company when you install the system. The meter spins BACKWARD when you are producing more electricity you are using in your home. This is how you generate credits with your utility company! Utility company's must pay you for the power if you product it.

Off grid solar panels can be done with this kit but modifications must be done.  You will need to email us concerning your requirements so that plans can be produced.  Off grid solar system will require batteries and other modifications.

Power-Save Solar System comes with everything that you need except installation costs, wire and an electrical disconnect switch. If you are not familiar with electrical systems, it is advised that you hire an electrician from your state to guarantee the installation. The price is before federal tax credits and utility rebates have been deducted from the kit price.
